Come to the Committee Chair / Co-chair meeting to learn what is expected of you as head of your committee.
Calling all Commitee Chairs and Co-Chairs we will have a meeting on Aug 17th it will be from 10:30 to 12:30. WE will go over committee responsibilites, review the use of website and have chance for you all to mingle with other committee chairs/co-chairs. This is great time to brain storm.
Our Meeting will be held at The Girl Scout’s office; 4610 Eisenhour Blvd. Tampa, 33634 (it is off the Veterans between Hillsborough and Memorial – Use the access road on the west side of Veterans).
We will provide some light breakfast snacks for the Committee meeting.
We will have our New Member Meeting directly after this meeting with lunch. I would love it if you are able to to stay and participate with the New Members.
I would like to ask the Committee chairs and co-chairs if you are able to bring a dish to share for the lunch that we will have for our New Member meeting, we will have some sandwiches available, drinks will be provided (NO alcohol is permitted), do not worry about paper goods either.
When you register on the website you can let us know what you are able to bring.
